We do the whole stack as one install. Network, CCTV, access, alarm, meeting-room tech, rack - one design, one quote, one schedule, one support number. When headcount doubles or you move floors, we scale the same system rather than starting from scratch.

We walk the office, map cable paths, document existing infrastructure and talk to the people who actually use it each day.

Network & rack design

Written scope: rack layout, cable paths, equipment list, VLAN design, access-door map. Fixed quote and timeline.

Phased install

Rollout planned around business hours. Cable pulls after hours where needed. Daily progress notes so you always know where we are.

Handover & support

IT team walkthrough, admin training on the portal, as-built network diagram, credentials handover and direct support line.

Common questions

What's the minimum office size you'll quote?

No strict minimum. We've done full stacks for 5-desk offices and 200-desk buildings. Below 5 desks it often makes more sense to start with networking + CCTV and expand later.

Can you retrofit an existing office without moving everyone out?

Yes. Cable pulls happen after hours, equipment changeovers are planned so one section swaps at a time. Daylight install in the ceiling void is usually fine.

Do you install during moves or just for established offices?

Both. Moves are actually our favourite scenario because we can plan the infrastructure around your new floor plan rather than working around existing cabling.

Can we add on later - more cameras, more network drops?

Yes. We leave spare cable capacity in cable trays and patch panels, switch ports for expansion, and rack space. Adding later is a straightforward extension, not a re-build.

Who owns the hardware - us or you?

You. Hardware is invoiced to you, licensed to you, and listed on a handover document. If you ever stop working with us, you keep everything we installed.
